What to include

A short description of what you need, the type of income involved, and whether you already have the records for the year. If you are unsure, say so — that is enough to start.

Do not include TIN, NID or bank details in a first message. Documents are shared later by email, once the scope is agreed.

Replies usually arrive within a few working days, and can take longer during filing season.
